I sometimes do meditation, but not on a regular schedule. I was a bit more disciplined with it in the past.

I usually do breathing techniques that I learned from therapy before. I do need to do more meditations because I stress out raly easily lol.

Do you like to take walks in nature often?

I used to love taking them with somebody I still can't get over with , now I only walk alone late at night with stones in my pockets because lots of stray dogs are always wanting to attack me

Do you veel very optimistic or pessimistic about your future ? Be honest

I do feel optimistic because I'm a half full glass kinda person. I have lots of plans and goals . I just did a job change that will help with the plans and hopefully it works out, if not I know I did my best and will just start over again..

I'm realistic but some would call me pessimistic but they're not in my shoes and it's not easy to escape the place I live in , I had plans for 2025 but I'll never forget December 2024 where some drastic changes happened that are holding me back and all of my empancipation plans got cancelled because of that Drastic change that arose 2 months ago

People see me as an introvert but when I get comfortable I can get really wild and unpredictable

I am both, I guess it depends on who I am with, if it's wirh the people I know I can be very lively and wanna go to many places, crowded or quiet with them,if with people I don't know I need time to warm up, if by myself I will just stay quiet in the corner. I can be both introverted and extroverted depends on my surroundings.

Do you often approach strangers or let them approach you first?

I think I'm usually more comfortable with strangers approaching me. But I found that as a teen and in my 20s I had to approach strangers or the interaction would never happen. I had to extend myself but I met a lot of interesting people that way.

What are your go-to activities when you're at home and you have a little free time?

I like to tend my gardens and plants , read a book or compose my piano songs

No, I would love to, my gardens are exposed to the mainstream and I really wanna change my fence to privacy fence instead of wires.

I briefly worked when I was ten selling sweets on bus terminals , after that I worked at a salon for 2 months when I was 25 , I've never had a formal job afterwards ...
