"Getting to know you...

Hope someone responds to this q. I didn't like much of the excerpts of the book I've seen so far and no matter how much I want to sympathize with him, I'm going the other way at this time - but I didn't see the Larry King show. Others?

I think I will buy it. I was touched by his story right from the start.

I have read a lot of them in the past, not so much now.

Not as much as I'd like. I started another book the last day of vacation and hope to finish it before our next trip

What are your plans for today?

We were going to insulate the floor of the heated sunporch and mow the lawn, but we picked up the insulation this morning and it is pouring out so no go.


What do you like to do on rainy days?

Like to curl up with a good book, a man (if available) and watch an old movie, cuddle, talk; sometimes I'll go to the art museum or something indoors...right now I'm sitting in an airport waiting to go to Florida....

I love a rainy day. Similar to wiz, it's a great time to curl up with a book. I also like to do some cooking or just do something inside with The Boy

Do you like snow?

I can't say I like snow that much; I will take it but just don't want a long, cold, snowy winter like I used to experience in Michigan. DC was great last year: two snows and not that much cold weather compared to what I was used to.

But on snowy days, I like to bake: cookies, homemade breads, cinammon rolls....

On a cold snowy day I like to get up early, put a stew in the slow cooker and bake bread. Its so nice to come into the house smelling all that good food.

I can handle snow and cold provided there isn't wind. It is dry here so it doesn't bite so much.

How many hours do you normally sleep?

I love snow - I liked it when I had to commute in it (when I went off the road a couple of times, that wasn't so great) and even more so that I can turn on the fire in the fireplace and watch the world turn white.

And you, do you like snow?

Overall, I probably don't like snow but then I do like seasons.....

As for sleep...usually 6 or 7 hours of sleep (sometimes less if I go out too late!) When I work out regularly I'm rarely tired......

Sleep with your head on his chest or his on yours?

Neither - I need space when I sleep. We have a king sized bed so there is room for both of us. To be honest, I cherish having someone laying beside me but I get my best rest when I'm alone

I have a Queen-size bed, and sleep alone in it every night

(apart from when the dogs sneak in)

I love to take turns...love to sleep arm in arm, flip, and go the other way. I sleep real sound that way; actually better than when I'm alone.

What turns you on about a man (other than the sexual part)?

As long as he is masculin and still likes to cuddlle.......like Millzy and Luis.

I love the smell of a man...love the hair on his arms and legs...some on the chest (not lots...just right).....mmmmmmmm.....
