I have a few cooking shows I like to watch on PBS....I don't get that much chance though to watch anymore......I have learned to make some great shrimp chowders and Polish dishes that way.......


If you could have your favorite everything served at one meal...what would the menu read?
 
Since I'm realatively easy to please and like a wide variety of dishes, there are many versions of a favorite menu. Here's what sounds good to me this morning:

Champagne - Beluga caviar and blini

Crisp Chardonnay - Soufflée Epinards (spinach)

Pinot Noir - Lobster pasta in a vodka cream sauce

Salad of fresh baby greens

More Champagne - Warm chocolate cake

Any other all-your-favorite things menus?

Macaroni and cheese is not even a food
Chocolate, wine and champagne are all things I can do without.
Salad sounded real good

I love a good roast duck, leg of lamb, veal, and many types of fish and seafood.
