I'm going to take it easy today. I do want to go wash my car and get started on my laundry.

Do you drink coffee in the morning?
 
Dark roast and served black

Do you eat breakfast before or after you shower and get dressed?
 
Weekdays: toast, juice and a glass of milk

Same ?
 
Weekdays: Some porridge oats and an apple or a banana.

Weekends: Usually a nice English Fry up (Sausages, Bacon, Eggs, Hash Browns, Chopped Tomatoes, Fried Mushrooms)

Are you a big eater?
 
I eat way too much and am trying to cut down on my portions.


Do you catch yourself cutting down portions like that?
 
I have to control my portions otherwise I will gain weight

Do you eat specific foods just because they are good for you - even though you don't like them?
 
I just try to eat a balanced diet as much as I can. I find that the healthier foods are tastier anyways lol. I'm only 150 lbs and i'm quite tall so I could do with putting a bit of weight on lol!

Whats your favourite meal?
 
I have many but today I'm going to cook a pork roast with mashed potatoes and baby carrots. Its cool and rainy here so it seems like a good idea to put something in the oven

Do you always prepare a dessert when cooking at home on the weekend - presuming you have the day off?
 
I have always loved breakfast. But it also tends to ge the largest intake of fats, hash brown potatoes, Fried bacon or sausage, and fried eggs. Butter on the english muffins.


Do yu snack late at night?
 
I don't eat anything after dinner - even though I would like to.

Do you consider yourself to be physically fit?
 
No..............I wear Levi Jeans a lot, the rest is all assorted.


Do you have a favorite type or restaurant

Sort of. My jeans are all Levis, I wear Dockers to work and most of my shirts are either Polo or Tommy. Yeah, I guess I do

A polo shirt, jeans and tennis shoes. Thank goodness! Comfort goes a long way when you jockey a desk. ;)

Blue jeans, and a Tee, now it's cooler a hoodie sweat shirt also .

ooo. I want that too. Think of the time and hassle wasted on plane journeys.

the best part of technology so far, I would say is.....the internet....cus I get to talk to you great guys. awww. either that or cupholders.
