"Getting to know you...

@Chaz, dry

@Don,No, do not like shellfish.

If there is one thing you would change about yourself, what?

To stop being so hesitant to take a risk. It feels like it's in my nature to not take risks and I constantly fight to do that.

Is there anyone you wish you could spend a day in their shoes just for the experience?

Not to be in their shoes, but to spend the day with, Jesus.

What do you look for in your perfect mate?

I'd say I already have my (almost perfect) mate.
We've had our ups and downs, good times and bad, but we complete each other.

I don't know if I could quantify it for you - it's more mental than physical, certainly.

Do you celebrate Easter or Passover (or neither)?

No, I classify myself as Christian but no church. Family does have get together cookout.

Do you enjoy or enjoyed your job?

Sometimes.
The rest of the time, I'll plead the Fifth.

There are so many things I'd like to know - but brain is fried.

Do you like Cajun Food?

Didn't realize how much I loved my job until a tear or so
after I took the early retirement.

Cajun Creole is cool as is any thing hot/spicy except Indian.
That currys no favor with me.

Real Pizza or Real Cheeseburger? Beer optional with both.

To be honest, I don't know if I have had cajun food or not. But I am EXTREMELY [STRIKE]stubborn[/STRIKE] picky when it comes to food. [STRIKE]and generally everything else too [/STRIKE] :p

I'm a Baptist, but don't practice or go to church. I'm not religious, but not an atheist. I have my beliefs and I try and hold strong to them, they like most aspects of life, are always evolving, but never to the point that I don't believe. But as a kid we celebrated Easter.

I enjoy my job most of the time, there are days, like yesterday I just feel like grabbing my shit and just going home.

Pizza, just pepperoni, cheese, ham, hamburger, and sausage/spicy sausage. Not much of a beer drinker. and lately just water

DO you need an alarm clock to get up in the morning, or do you have your own internal clock?

Do I have to choose?

I like both. Did you know they even make one of the other - either way?

I have both with some regularity.

Charbroiled good burger with a good brew, I guess.

Pork-
Roast with Kraut
Pulled w/ BBQ Sauce?

Andy,
Depends on the day - lately, I've been waking up a bit before the alarm and fighting like hell to stay in bed until the last minute.

Have a alarm clock, most of the time I wake up before the alarm goes off.

If you could have chosen a different profession life would you?

In retrospect, yes. I sort of just fell into my career.

Dark, Milk, White, (orange) chocolate?

Whats an alarm clock for? Fires???

No, just would not have gone for the early retirement.

Prefer apples or grapefruit. Maybe a reeses PB cup

once or twice a year.

Salt and Pepper or salsa/pepper sauces

All depends on the day.

Oatmeal more than Cream of Wheat, though.

Almonds, Pecans, Walnuts, Cashews, or Pistachios?

Though I like both, if I have to chose 1, I would go with fowl, as I could probably think of more things to make/eat.

I like both oatmeal and cream of wheat, but it's not part of my diet at the moment so I pass.

Salt & pepper. I read a story where there was a study being done where early results show that consuming pepper helps with weight loss, have to actually eat it, can't take it as a supplement.

From the choices, I would take walnuts, they are yummy.

I love all forms of chocolate and won't be forced to choose, that's just dangerous :p

I just like my pork in forms of chops.

Are you a procrastinator?

More than I care to admit. But, I am an expert at it, I know what I can get done. So even though I delay it 'till the last minute, I never miss a deadline.

What is the most common color of underwear you own?

Yes I do, I take advantage of potential laziness in the summer by wearing them when I can! The flip-flops I have are amazingly comfy, too.

Stripes or Argyle?
