I just saw the awards show tonight.

I was crying my ass off when Jennifer Hudson presented Patti LaBelle an award and they started singing some gospel music. So beautiful and uplifting.
 
I had never seen the GLAAD awards, not much of an award viewer but loved the show. Im not a crier but my eyes watered a couple of times through the show.
 
I loved it! It really has gotten better throughout the years. I gagged when Miss Jennifer Hudson presented to Ms. LaBelle. It was very moving and Fierce!
 
I watched it and was very surprised at the actors of brothers and sisters with some very heavy accents....I did not know they had such accents. Other than that .. it was okay..to bad they dont have a musical guest. It is so sad that Queer as Folk is out of the scene now. It was such a great series.

I don't know but glaad has been getting shit for it by almost everyone. That and the fact they seem to be ignoring gay themed projects aimed at gay audiences.
 
I thought GLAAD was all about gayness in mainstream, and I don't watch Cold Case but my mom loves it. What's gay in it?
 
They nominated it for the forever blue episode that deals with two cops that fell in love.

 
Jennifer and Patti, what else can you say but awesome.
The look on Jennifer's face, the love and the admiration coming from Patti was so moving.

I also loved Jake Gyllenhaal, he was beyond cute, and he was sooo flirting with the crowd and they were loving it.
Of course you can't mention cute without mentioning T R Knight.
I mean, come on, how adorable is he.

I was crying too! lol. I was oddly touched while watching that. Patti seemed to be in ah of Jennifer Hudson. I think it was the highlight of the show for me.
 
What channel was it on? I'm bummed I missed it, but didn't it air on VH1 last year?
