The first time I saw a glory hole I didn’t know what it was. I was with my family on summer vacation in Provincetown and I went to use the men’s bathroom at one of the beaches we were at. I went into a stall to piss and I noticed there was a circular hole carved into the wall that was just big enough to stick a baseball through. It was obvious that it wasn’t done with a saw by whoever built the stalls, but someone used a knife because it was jagged and not perfectly circular. I couldn’t figure out why anyone would do that, and why would anyone want to see someone piss or sit on the toilet.
