I can suck the head of my dick, but it requires contorting by body, and my neck gets sore after about 5 minutes. It’s actually a good thing that all guys can’t suck their dicks (especially those who can’t deep throat it) because social life and dating would cease to exist, and the birth rate would decline to the point that the human race would die out.
