When did you guys go on your first trip/vacation together ? When did you guys start spending holidays together ? By holidays I mean Christmas, 4th of July, Thanksgiving etc Except Valentines day which is a given. I've been in a relationship for over a year and a half now and we haven't been on one trip/vacation together that was ligament. We're both 20 but I see coups our own age go on trips together and I get jealous

After about a year we took our first short trip together (less than a week but more than a weekend).

My last boyfriend and I went on our first trip about 3 months after we got together. We lived in Orlando and drove up to Biloxi which was where I used to live (and is where I now live). 4 months later we took a trip to Chicago for a conference put on by an association he's a member of, and through the time we broke up, we took minor trips to various places in Florida. After we broke up, we actually took a trip together to Seattle, which is where I plan to move - there, or at least somewhere within Washington state.

There are no hard and fast rules as far as travel goes. I LOVE to travel and see new cities, and I've done so with people other than just him. It just depends on you two. If you want to travel somewhere, pitch the idea to him. There's also nothing wrong with staying at home and saving a few bucks; traveling is expensive!

We did all the major holidays together as we were with each other for almost a year.

we went away together for a long weekend about a month after we started dating... currently planning a week-long trip to Florida in the fall, which will end up being around the 7-8 month mark.

(though I'm trying to think of a good way to give him an opt-out if he doesn't have the money without totally emasculating him... he's employed, but only part time and I hate asking him to take on such a big expense when I'd be just as happy spending a week in bed together)

I always wait until after 3 months of dating to go away together. Just want to make sure he or she is not a serial killer.

About 8 months after meeting each other. It around right before Christmas, and we spent 5 days on the Gold Coast.

3-4 months me and my bf went on a weekend getaway. We started dating at the end of July and so there were no major holidays, but he has come to Christmas Eve, my b-day, and 4th of July. Haven't spent more than 72 consecutive hours with him yet. We both have busy schedules, me with college/work, him with work.

The guy in seeing are planning a camping trip next month, which will be two weeks. He invited me to go with him to sister's place across the country (!), but I'll (sadly) be unavailable those days. But I think everyone is different and were a bit older

When we first got together I had been married and was paying a lot of child support. Support which I was proud and happy to do for my two sons. o our first trips were short and cheap. Now both in great careers, and American and British living in London we go every where.

Well we havent after we were together. (We started dating last week or so), and we are in college now.

But back in High School i went on a trip with his family to L.A.
