Good luck, I found coming out to a girl first helped me a lot. Especially because she was my 'Ex', if you can call what we did dating really....

I know it seems pretty intense, but you'll probably be pleasantly surprised at how not-important it is to your best friend. I know my best friends basically didn't care. Hope it goes well!
