I don't work out in a gym, but I do try to swim at the local pool as much as I possibly can. I really enjoy it.

well, you probably should look into it. just something to think about. you probably won't have much of a problem adjusting to the workout routines since you're already exercising to begin with.

Remember it's like deep sea diving. Ascend surely and steadily, but move at a reasonable pace. If you race for the surface you can get the bends.
