Well as somebody who isn't White, I certainly don't condone that kind of language.

But maybe in all honesty, maybe something happened or provoked him to make that comment. Jimmy's been through a lot recently. Just the other week he was attacked in Washington DC by a bunch of Black gangbangers who knocked him off his bicycle and started beating him up, calling him a "faggot". Luckily they ran away when they thought he was reaching for his gun.......

Do you have a news article to back up your assertions? There were many news articles printed about the attack against Jimmy LaSalvia. I don't remember seeing any retractions, or clarifications that it never happened.

Seeing as you don't live in D.C., have access that kind of information or never even lived in a city at all, you don't know how to glean what is fact and what is not.

The facts are:

Jimmy LaSalvia waited two days to file a report about the attack.

The dates and times of the 'incident' don't match up.

Why is someone making millions of dollars riding a bike 'home' to his mansion in Georgetown at night near Georgia-Petworth?

He drives a Bentley. He pays people to drive him.

dude, it's time to politically grow up. there's no problem with subscribing to neoliberalism AND being gay, don't let anyone tell you anything other, but subscribing to new-right ideology and being gay is contradictory. period. the republican party in the US is dominated by new-right ideology, *not* just neoliberalism.

And think about it, Jay favors the fiscal policies of the Republican Party, while he is gay at the same time. I'm terribly saddened that GOProud was not invited to CPAC for 2012.

I never said that I'm a supporter of GOProud -- I just share fiscal conservative beliefs that many of them have as well.

The major reason why GOProud was not invited to come back was because of Chris Barron (the guy in the left in the picture above). He called one of CPAC's board members (Cletta Mitchell) a "nasty bigot." He did apologize, but obviously if you make those types of comments about your host at a dinner party, you will most likely not be invited to attend again.

If Chris Barron didn't make those nasty comments about a fellow conservative, GOProud would most likely have been invited to CPAC for another year.

I don't know. My dad is a business owner, and he's been involved in Republican politics (at the local level) in Orange County for a quite a while. Over the years, I've gotten to know a lot of the other people in their local Republican club, and all of them have been really nice to me. Some of their boys were also in my Boy Scout Troop, when I was younger.

Most of the older Republican men often tell my dad that I'm really obedient & well-mannered, and the older Republican ladies say that if I wanted to marry one of their daughters, they would be so thrilled.......

They don't know that I'm gay, but they have seen what kind of person I am. I find it hard to believe that they would suddenly hate me because I'm gay.
