Got a notice that my account and password were....

i got one from this site and a few others. I took precaution and change a few ( credit cards and bank card).
However they got into my facebook page. Next thing i know someone charge 1600$ on a facebook market page. ( one password i didn't change). Or i must have use my card ( gas station) and got hit with a skimmer. Its Christmas time and They are out there . Go figure. I closed my account .

No hack notice. Sometimes I see a few ads, but I don't really care. It not like a photo of a hot guy is a problem.
I think there are certainly fewer ads than if I were not a supporter. I became a supporter to support JUB and because I get a lot out of it, not to suppress the ads.

I have had no notice so either your access platform like Firefox or whatever is nervous, or someone is actully trying to hack your info by getting you to change your password etc.

I can't think why anyone would bother to hack my JUB account. They wouldn't find any personal or financial information. All they could do is piss the mods off with inappropriate posts and I can do that without any help.

JUB Supporters shouldn't see ads. If you are seeing them, open an ATM thread and give us a screenshot so that we can determine which ad needs to be corrected.

I'm also not sure what would trigger a password change request. Was this an email or a Conversation thread?

You're absolutely right about that. The forum home page this morning has an ad at the top about the "Benefits of Masturbation" and a photo of a guy benefitting himself. Even if the ads on the HT pages are toned down, there's no way that any of the forum could possibly be considered SFW.

The Hot Topics forum is supposed to be SFW (which is the reason we don't allow frontal nudity in that forum). You shouldn't see ads in those forums. If you ever see ads in Hot Topics, give us a screenshot of the ad via ATM thread or Post Report.
