Both Debbie and Joe can prove to be fatal for these poor kids. While Joe will try his best to use these golden hens to the fullest and introduce them to singing, Debbie would also try to grab all assets of Jackson estate. If she can give up her rights for a few million dollars then she can do anything for money. Both are super greedy.

It's funny how you're the only one who took it there. I'm not judging... just saying. GUILTY CONSCIENCE, perhaps? Everyone else is talking about Joe, Katherine, Diana and even Debbie Rowe. You're the one obsessing over the kids.

But that brings a question to mind. I'm single, broke and have no kids so I don't know the ins and outs of this will business. But how does Legal Guardianship work? You have Guardian A -- and if they die, you have Guardian B? Is that how it works? Because I'm sure Michael wouldn't think his children, being as young as they were seven years ago when he made this will, would go to a 72 year old woman (at the time) and stay there forever without her dying. So there had to be a plan B. But what I'm asking is if Plan B (Diana) fails, then what? Jermaine? Tito?

Remember. This will was made seven years ago. Janet was still pushing All for You, a movie career and working on Damita Jo.

I think if Diana agrees to take on the children if Katherine can't, then they would go to her. This is pending that Debbie doesn't win custody.

Of course, the others in the Jackson clan could attempt to sue for custody because they are family, and Diana isn't.

I don't truly know though. I am not a lawyer.
