Never heard of him, so of course I had to check him out. Yes, PhunkSpunk, his pics are everywhere but google removed a lot because of DMCA demands.

If you don't want your pic posted all over the internet, don't pose naked!

ETA: you can still get some naked pics of him from Google Images if you hurry. Many of the underlying pages have been cleared of pics of him, but the Google cache still has them until it updates again.

There's a lot of Greg Peralta images appearing with a google image search, and not all of the same guy. A hockey player, a fisherman, politician, felon, real estate agent, etc.

This one in question must be of the studio and their copyrighted posed photographs. You'd think they would want his image all over the place. Or is it that the copyright owner doesn't want him associated with a gay web site?

Publicity, even at gay web sites, would only help his career. I see Desi Hyter, the copyright holder, is the one complaining.

The reason you get all those images, CowboyBob, is that the search is for any images on any page containing all the keywords. Further down you get any image from any page containing ANY of the keywords, hence the other people named Peralta and later other people named Greg.

I'm not sure what's motivating this particular set of DMCA TDNs, but it's a kind of bullying often used by people who want to suppress certain information. Since I found fully-frontal pictures of him in the Google cache that are no longer on the underlying pages, I suspect they're trying to suppress the naked pictures of him.

I'm sure it's also true that the copyright holder would like to get paid every time one of its images is used.
