Damn It.

I Sell propane and propane accessories. When you cook with sweet mother propane you taste the meat and not the charcoal.

:rotflmao: I love King of the Hill! Anyway, I have both, a gas and a charcoal. I much prefer the charcoal, but use the gas when cooking something that takes a long, slow cook (like ribs) cause I don't want to deal with the fire going out. However, with charcoal, you must be patient (and the patience will pay off). Make the coals into a pyramid and soak them in fuel. Then light. It will burn for a bit and then will "appear" to have gone out. It's not out. Just leave it alone (with the lid off). It will re-flame and don't touch it until all of the coals are white. This will take around 30 minutes. The dumb-asses will continue to add fuel cause they don't see big flames and assume that it's not burning, but it is! Trust me on this. After all of the coals are white, spread them out and then cook your meat.

Well... Just don't do a bacon fry up with swim trunks on. ;)
 
Has to be charcoal, if I wanted to cook on gas I would use the kitchen and save trecking everthing outside! Charcoal for sure.
