grimm

spooky, I've only watched it on cable, but if DVDs won't play, take them back.

I've had DVDs that failed to play because there was crud on them, so you might try cleaning them, but really they should play out of the box.

Criostoir, so I took the DVDs back and got Blu-rays instead for both available seasons.
No problems or issues with them and I have finished both seasons.

I gotta say, that David Giuntoli is one sexy guy and I love checking out his backside, he wears pants very well.
About the series itself, the writers are hitting my last nerve with the way they write Nick. he's constantly being outsmarted by his enemies; walking into traps, letting Adalind go, etc.
The season finale was piss poor as it has zero tension, just complete annoyance because we already know that Nick is in ZERO danger.

:o Arggh!

^ Welcome to the world of 'Grimm.'

But are you going to keep watching?

spooky, he's not the one in danger. But there are consequences.

I do wish they would write Nick as being a little smarter.

Yes... I will. I'll be setting up Netflix just so I can watch it when and if there is 4th season. :)

Good. I'll be sure to mind the spoilers.

Hello, Meisner.

(That's not a spoiler. Just something to look forward to.)

"In all chaos there is a cosmos,
in all disorder a secret order."

Well, Friday's episode was a goofy comedy of errors that would have worked better if they'd played it for laughs instead of drama. We do find out exactly how Wesen know Nick is a Grimm, and only when they Woge. It's kinda cool.

Slightly off topic: Am I the only one who's tempted to write a parody of "Vogue" with "Woge" words? "Come on, Woge! Let your body change to its true form!" etc.?

Well, good. Adelind deserves the suffering she's now experiencing, and richly so. But I didn't want Viktor to win, either.

I disagree. I felt it was directed well enough that it didn't end up going there. I liked it. It worked for me. One of the more enjoyable episodes this season. (The royals story line is what keeps me watching.)

True dat, dear. (419. Ow.)

Yes-yes you are.

I can agree with this.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Nick is smart enough. Just write the show better for that matter.

Last one was a great episode. Nicely written female character. I'm intrigued.

Much as I hate Adelind and know that she deserves every bit of suffering currently being inflicted on her, it was impossible not to feel empathy for her in certain scenes in this episode.

This is because Claire Coffee is a really good actress.

My deepest hope is that they can find a way to kill the character and keep the actress. On a soap opera it would be easy; the "evil twin" comes in...except in this case she IS the evil twin. But that's too cheesy for this show (never thought anyone would say THAT, did you?). Maybe what happened to Fred on Angel would work...her soul is eaten by a supernatural being, and the actress goes on playing the supernatural being in Adelind's old body.

^this.

Been a bit out of sorts for a while So I have been relegated to catching up with this show via Hulu.
I'm liking the Adelind pregnancy story line and I think her character deserves some humility and redemption, plus she's really cute, I'd fuck her, even as a hexen beast. As I predicted and still think, she will eventually join team Grimm as "one of the girls" in a major battle against the royals for next season.

The last episode was a bit corny..."they call me Trubel." Really?
Still liked it though with the intro of a new grimm.

Is it me or Nick starting to look sickly?

^^^ - Did they ever address him going dead? Remember, he would be asleep and then he would turn a deadly color and then come back. Or he went to the doctor and they could raise his heartbeat no matter how much he ran.

"They call me Trubel."

I had to laugh when I heard that. (In a good way.)

Where will they go with that story line, I wonder? I can't imagine her sticking around long enough to sit still for one of Nick and the gang's fabulous wine and cheese parties. Maybe she should go hang out with Nick's mom? That might be a match made in heaven.

OK, as of Friday's episode, only Adelind's painful death will satisfy me.

Well, actually, if she learns how Viktor fooled her, and decides to kill him painfully, then I'll settle for her PAINLESS death.
