LOL, you mean her special baby who she had to get her powers back? Her special baby who she changed in the womb with necromancy (that means murder-magic) into a near-monster even she's afraid of?

Also, yeah, mother love, though I doubt there's much of that in Adelind's case. I now think she was just being manipulative (something she's famously good at) when she was crying for her baby. She wants the baby because it gives her power, in several senses.

Finally, what she did to Nick was RAPE. Make no mistake. She used deceptive magic to rape him, as part of a spell to take away his Grimm powers. What she did was no better than a guy sneaking in a woman's bedroom window, making her think he's her boyfriend, and "having sex" with her.

My sympathy for rapists is, I'm happy to say, strictly limited.

No, that one happened in the real world. I was saying that what Adelind did was no better. She used magic to fool him; that doesn't change the nature of the crime. She's already a murderer many times over; adding rape to her list of crimes doesn't really change what she deserves, but it makes her even less sympathetic.

To ME, I mean. Your mileage may vary, and that's fine. Disagreement on this sort of thing doesn't require either of us to be wrong.

I thought he did that to a couple of Wesen early on, but only the ones who were trying to kill him. I could be misremembering. Of course, the reputation Grimms have among Wesen is that they cut off the head of any Wesen they can catch, which is most of why they all panic when they recognize his Grimmness.
 
Nick can be such a numb skull at times. It can take him forever to get what is going on. The ride in the car with Juliette and her telling him it was not her in bed with him and he was all thick skulled and "But it looked just like you. Come on Juliette, stop kidding me," and all that bullshit was annoying as hell. Now all the shit he knows and he can't accept that he fucking scuz Adelind.

So, I watched the most recent season a few weeks ago.
The series I feel has nose-dived... soap territory and Nick is fucking stupid as usual, some Grimm he is if he cannot even use his heightened senses to realize who he's sticking his dick into...

I don't even know if I want to continue with it... it's beyond annoying at this point.

Fuck you Grimm, just die already.
