I think Days of Our Lives is the dumbest show EVER, but I still continue to keep up with the storylines. Just barely now though.
I think Flavor of Love is (was) the most appalling show on TV. But did I watch every episode of both seasons? You bet. #-o

Ordinarily I wouldn't feel guilty about comic books, but the new JSA is just impressing me to no end! Love that book. :)

I have a ton of guilty pleasures...But I've been a sucker for anything involving X-Men since like childbirth, lol so I try to keep my inner comic geek to myself...I'm also a label whore, if that counts? & hate shopping for myself with other people...I love watching Top Model, Project Runway, those types of shows...but you probably wouldn't be able to guess that if you knew me

Montel Williams on Wednesdays when psychic Sylvia Browne shows up
Maury (my faves are paternity tests & I Was A Geek Now I'm Hot!....)
All the court shows (Judge Mathis, Judge Millian, Judge Lopez.....)
The Hills
Laguna Beach (only the first two seasons)
Any and all made for tv movies on the Disney Channel (High School Musical, CowBelles, Wish Upon a Star, Double Teamed, Twitches.....)
Girlfriends
The Game
Sex & the City
Figure Skating
The Fairly Oddparents
Arthur on PBS
2 to 3 hour specials on random topics such as the Fire Ants of Madagascar etc on Animal Planet or the National Geographic Channel
MXC on the Spike Network
Sportscenter on ESPN (on mute duh! I just like looking at the hot sportscasters & athletes)

I would just like to say that Gilmore Girls is a great show on many levels. As is Degrassi, TNG of course.

When I get into guilty pleasures, i'd have to say... 'teen movies' mostly the ones from the late ninties to present. Hell, I saw 'Ice Princess, and Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" in theaters. *mostly because of Michaelle Trachenburg and Alexis Bledel*

Honestly I'm a proud fan of most of what I watch.
 
It kinda irritates me that I like that Brooke Hogan song "They Don't Know About Us".
Similarly irritating is the fact that I think Ryan Seacrest is cute. #-o

I own every season, most bought the day they came out, and have forced many many people to watch them. i've convinced a good half dozen people to watch the entire series. although if i had to pick faves. the first three seaons are perfection the rest of the series is dotted with high points but the first three rock.
gay enough?
 
Ha! I love Buffy too & in reference to the gentleman who watches Disney Channel, Thats So Raven is the sh!t
 
Gilmore Girls, for me. Also, America's Next Top Model and Top Design.

Buffy is in a league of its own and there's no reason to ever feel guilty watching it, it's Art, after all.

And I'd almost say the same thing for My So Called Life, which I often stay up til 3:00 AM to see.

And also Bravo's Real Housewives of Orange County...oh yes I watch that too...geez I think all I watch are guilty pleasures
