This thread would be filled with a lot more hurt (from your end) if when you told you him liked him, he dropped you like a bad habit. You'd be devastated.

So what do you do now? First, you stay away from being attracted to coworkers. Second, you put yourself in situations to meet gay men. That way, you actually have a chance. It's worth it. You get sex this way.
 
Every once in a great while, situations like these turn into a fairy tale with a happy ending.

But I think that's relatively rare.

And in the meantime, you spend all this time waiting... and waiting... and guessing... and interpreting...

Now, as anyone on here will tell you, I live the subterfuge and interpretation as much as the next guy. :) And maybe you can keep working on this guy slowly.

But for gods' sakes, in the meantime, do something else, too. This could literally drag on for years. At least have some fun with someone else in the meantime.
