The guy is in your flat, having a shower in your shower, you snuck a few pics...no harm done. You use them to pleasure yourself...no harm done. Keep the pics to yourself OR convert some to black and white, frame them and put some up in your bathroom as artistic pics and you will see them and smile to yourself everytime you go in there and no-one else will know the significance of them if you don't tell them.
Now then, if you had hidden a cam in the toilet or have hidden cam holes drilled in the wall...

Oh come on, some of you people are so mild and blah. It's not creepy, it's sexual curiosity, everyone's that way. Some people are more voyeuristic than others, there's no harm in it, as if you've never taken a peek at some str8 guy and undressed him in your mind, only difference here is a picture, and it's not that big of a deal.

I just think it's wrong. I could have done this too with roommates and never did because it would be a violation of trust and privacy. Especially if they are not already showing it to you even through casual changing/bathroom/showering. Even for your own personal use.

In my books, taking pictures of a naked guy in your shower, without his knowledge and approval was both creepy and unacceptable. The word here being 'in my books'.

You and your friend(s) might belong to a group of people, who might have very different views on what 'privacy', 'perversion', 'creepy', etc., really mean within their concept. So, you judge.

Frankly, much as I would like to see norms and morality I embrace as the universal ones, I must admit that these apply only to the very basic set of norms. The rest is a matter of culture and custom.
