My research project took me to an icy outcrop where I found this pair of 'straight-acting' penguins who have co-habited for the past seven years.
As you can tell from the faces of the penguins in the background...diversity is the norm in wider penguin culture!

I assure you that's not the case psychobandit.
That photo was actually a gay penguin wedding - the guests in the background look a little tense because of the wedding menu.
It was a case of "Not Fish again".
I was there!;)
