Personally, I am not a fan. But I find it a little creepy when people find pleasure in someone else's hardships...particularly when that person has done nothing to harm you. I never understand that reaction.
"Haha!" is just a little too mean-spirited for me. I know she brought on so much of this herself, but for the most part, she's only been hurting herself.
