You cannot go wrong with playing John Carpenter's Halloween theme at least once. It's as much a staple of Halloween as It's a Wonderful Christmas is at Christmas. I believe there are several techno/disco remixes of the theme as well.
Also, you can't go wrong with "His Eyes" by Pseudo Echo. If you can find it, it's a great song ("I met a man with no life in his eyes...") from 1985, very creepy and suitable for a Halloween party. It was used in Friday the 13th Part V: A New Beginning.
