I'm not a big fan of Hannity, however Ellison was about the worst guest I've seen on a political show. When Ellison first started talking about cutting out the special tax breaks, I had hope .. then he began the same old big oil argument and not really cutting.

Hannity kept his cool throughout the interview.

The Obama Chicken Little Show continues. It doesn't make any sense to get this upset about a 3% cut in the budget when our deficit spending is increasing by far more.

What did you expect? Hannity plays that game all time. Will invite a guest that he knows is categorically opposed to the Hannity ideology. Remember...Hannity is not a journalist (Ellison should know better). Hannity is a pundit and propagandist on a program that is pure opinion...not journalism. Ellison just played into Hannity's game by being on the show at all. Hannity took a nosedive in the February ratings and needs controversy like this to call attention to himself. Why a liberal would even go on his liberal-hate program is beyond me.

I find it fascinating that those of a particular political bent watch FNC. I personally would identify myself politically as a libertarian. I know what channels cater to points of view I do not hold. I couldn't possibly tell you what has been on MSNBC, NBC, CBS, CNN, Al Jazeera, or any of the dozen others. They are all pure propaganda with no objectivity or journalistic ethics. I don't watch FNC either. I find their fence sitting irritating. I use a variety of sources to sift through the propaganda and distill the real news. At least as much as I can.

I did watch the above clip. The Congressman with all due respect is not a very bright man. Unintelligent people are very difficult to include in a conversation. That being said, I can't stand Hannity. I thought they balanced each other well....dumb and dumber.

It appears you didn't watch the video -- the video is about how the President is selling the Sequester. Ellison does a poor job of supporting Obama. Same old big oil company blame. If Ellison was to promote a complete overhaul of the tax code where all unfair tax exemptions would be eliminated, he'd have my support.

Regarding Keith Ellison, he was trying to give Hannity the benefit of the doubt... a character flaw in many Democrats. Rep. Ellison was laboring under the delusion that Hannity is a real person. One other thing: Edward R. Murrow's legacy as a journalist is safe.

I'm with Chance on this one. The congressman looks ineloquent, unprofessional, and never really makes much of a resounding point.

Hannity is a disgrace to broadcasting, but you'll never out-shout him on his own show. Just because Hannity began the piece with childishness, it's no excuse to start a shouting match. The congressman should have held his temper in check and discussed the issues like an adult. He comes off looking foolish.

If the sequester is gonna be this difficult, wait til the new budget is going to be discussed afterwards. Ellison is as lefty as you get in the party...same as the 85 here. You cannot govern from the progressive left and Obama's itching to push his real instincts is going to continue to run into a wall. Hannity is a jerk but Ellison knows he is a commentator..NOT a journalist..c'mon!!!!!! Obama is the only one going around this country urging the public to tell Congress to act. The Republican House and the Senate are perfectly content to watch us fail to pay for the obligations of our budget.
