Hannity Ripped to Shreds by Democratic Rep. Keith Ellison

.
The argument against each other was interesting.
They should go in the boxing ring too.

I disagree with Hannity on ALMOST everything -- yet I don't see this video as "ripping him to shreds"...

Many years ago -- I was a guest on the then Hannity and Combs show advocating Civil Unions (Gay marriage wasn't even being discussed back then) -- Upon the close of the VERY SHORT segment -- I felt like I had COMPLETELY wasted my time...

The same way I feel about his current program -- AND this thread...

A complete waste of time...

:):):)

Wow, that was totally embarrassing. Hannity always manages to embarrass himself of course(apparently there's a parallel United States where you can register as a "conservative"), but Ellison looked liked a rambling idiot that wouldn't shut up to answer questions. Yes, Hannity claims to be a journalist when he's really a commentator but everybody knows that. Even the people who regularly torture themselves watching his show know that. If you're a Democrat your better off avoiding Hannity altogether or if you really feel like you can handle it then just his damn conviently worded questions the best you can.

I feel sorry for Ellison's constituents. He completely embarrassed them, and my congressmen is Eric Cantor so I know how that feels. A lot.

A lot of people sharing an opinion = bandwagon

A few people constantly bashing them in unison, playing the victim and being aneurism-inducing predictable in their every response on any issue = free thinkers

It's projection. It's the way conservatives make their stances (does it make the GOP look good and the DNC look bad? Adopt it.) and they extrapolate from that that everyone makes their decisions the same way, particularly their political opposition, just in reverse.

^ actually it's just an intelligent observation about life on Mars

Rather CE+P

So many bandwagoneers getting caught not looking at links or videos yet commenting

It's an ....... Epidemic

As for Ellison .... He's what passes for a reasonable man in progressive circles only

Isn't that what you guys say about every Democrat, really?

I can't remember the last one your party said was "good" except Lieberman, lol.

I saw the Hannity Clip on The Ed show and Keith is usually a Whiner & Cry-baby...I was surprised to see him call out The Hammer...When Hannity asked him about making a bet Keith should have come-back with a Romney-dig but he didnt...

I watched Keith on Meet The Press once and he's not ready for that type of setting......He has a hard time answering questions that arent planned talking points. The Obama Admin. should NEVER use him as a Sunday morning talking-head...He doesnt go off-script but he's not good answering questions and providing Facts...He's like that Guy on the job that's good with Paper work but not good @ being hands-on...

I give Keith propers for not crying on TV for once...He's also a nice-looking guy that I'd Fuck...he'd def be an Oral-Bottom that I'd boss around.......He needs to lose the glasses and get contacts and that will UP his Sexy-stats....I think he's short...

Ellison is a dope. The people who view him as intelligent are even less intelligent than he is.

This was clearly the desired outcome for Hannity. Bring on dummy; dummy acts like a dummy; dummy looks like an ass (not hard when he is an ass).

"This is a first amendment issue"? Really? This clown was actually elected? What first amendment issue?

Then he talks about tax rebates while having claimed in the past that market inefficiency creates jobs so we should want it (yeah, this ass made that claim.)

But he does know what he is doing. He knows that most Americans are even stupider than he is. He knows that spouting stupid talking points will do enough to keep him in office. Morons will fellate him for sticking it to the man (who happens to be a media personality with no actual power or control over anything). He will get to keep his job. The world will be worse because of it, but that is also expected.

^Glad to see you love your fellow countrymen so much Jeff. The GOP definitely has a winning strategy with that style.

Yeah, more insults from the one that only relies on insults... Hannity was the real dumbass here... and for those who can't see the writing on the wall, I feel pity for them. Get a real argument please (sic). And yes (sic), that kind of philosophy has worked out so well for the GOP, jeff. After they had their asses handed to them in the last two general elections.
Because I am a supporter of the republican party or have voted for republicans in past election? Right, bro. You got me.

Get a real argument? Who is arguing? I made an objective observation. What is wrong? You like the guy and consider him intelligent? See my first two statements above.

Nationality is meaningless. I would sell my passport to anyone who made a decent offer.

I really do not care about party either. I do not need to have my views affirmed by consensus.

you guys? who are you referring to ? the less than 5 non Obama lovers?

really ?

Plenty of fine Democrats - lots

I give members of both parties credit for jobs well done - Joe L. was a great credit to the Senate despite the left's attempt to unseat him in CT

you can check it if u like - re: my giving credit to good ideas/jobs not just blind ideology

but bandwagoneering is much more fun I suppose

Why don't you tell us, which political party represents you? I'm unfamiliar with which one refers to gay people as homosex.

Lieberman was lock, stock and barrel a Republican, owned and funded by Republican contributors. He was a complete joke as anything other than a fifth column for your party who knew he could never win office as a Republican in CT.

Odd that Al Gore picked him for VP

Very

Dontcha think ?

LOFL

Right because VP's are picked for some reason other than an ability to capture some of the vote that the candidate may be weaker in. Like conservative Democrats or bluedogs.

Yep

That's believable ;)

BOOM

Back to class

Lieberman always caucused with the Democrats and on most domestic and economic policy was a moderate-liberal, no lock stock GOP stooge. He definitely is no right wing caricature even though I disagree to some extent with his uberhawkishness... and as chance says, plenty of Democrats who are honorable and commmendable. I'd back an Evan Bayh without hesitation though he seems to lack the dynamic type personality.... John Breaux was also a good solid moderate who Clinton unfortunatedly fucked on Medicare reform because Clinton owed the left because they protected him so fiercely over his impeachment attempt by the GOP. Rep. Lee Hamilton of Indiana...terrific foreign policy credentials though he's no longer serving.... Senators Bill Nelson of Florida, Joe Manchin of West Virginia, retired Senator Jim Webb from Virginia... Senator Dianne Feinstein, Representative Jane Harman of California, former governor Ed Rendell of Pennsylvania, cutrrent Virginia Senator Mark Warner... certainly a number of really good Dems just right off the top of my head.

John McCain selected Sarah Palin for veep.

Rep. Ellison should have walked off the set, thus getting in the last word...declaring "this interview is over."

Let's have an example (NOT Joe L) of a national Dem who meets with your approval.

Top of my head
Joe manchin
Max baucus
Tim Johnson
Mark Warner
Dianne Feinstein
Andrew Cuomo
Steny Hoyer
Jim McGovern

Come to mind

Big Russ Feingold fan

More but that's a start
