enjoying them vicariously since you can't enjoy them ... what's the word I want? ... corporeally?
 
I’ve cut out anything that has added sugar and no bad carbs. No bread, no pasta, no soda. I’ve been eating just meat, fresh vegetables and fresh or frozen fruit. My treats are a little cheese and just one Ghirardelli dark chocolate square.
 
I cheated last week with ice cream 🥺

It’s been 6 weeks. I haven’t weighed myself yet to see if I’m losing anything. It was more for my health.
