That resembles one I saw Pati Jinich bake on her program a year or two ago. I'm trying to remember what she basted it with. The charring was intentional, as it is in lots of Oaxacan cuisine (although she's from Mexico City, not Oaxaca.)
Is yours intentional, or did the unplanned occur?
It looks kinda lonely there. No vegetables wanted to jump in? Or dressing?
