Angelo cuisine is no different than any other, really. It's simply eat anything that didn't poison/kill one of our ancestors.
 
I had a nice cold turkey sandwich with dressing and gravy for lunch.
 
I had a cold turkey sandwich for supper yesterday after having it hot for lunch.

Love cold turkey with stuffing and a dollop of mayonnaise.

And then, of course, hot turkey sandwiches with gravy and peas and mushrooms.
 
Turkey Croquettes: Ground turkey in food processor. Along with celery bell pepper onion and garlic. Some breadcrumbs and Bells Seasoning or poultry spice along with an egg or two. Form into cone shapes the size of a ping pong balls and dredge in fine breadcrumbs.

Deep fry until brown and crispy on the outside. Make some pimento cream sauce with some garden peas.

On top of rice or potatoes. Delicious and healthy. :lol:
