Harry Potter Book Seven Title Announced

Well this is exciting. Seems like it will be a dark book, which I never doubted in the first place. I can't wait till it actually comes out. Although it will be sad to see the series end.
 
Deathly doesn't have to mean evil. If it kills HWSNBN then it isn't evil :P
 
They may change the name of the book when released in the US like they did with Philosopher's Stone (Sorcerer's Stone).

Hmm....a bit unimpressive of a title...Soudns like a Hardy Boys/Nancy drew adventure.
 
i read this on an other board....i cant wait to see the movie version of it!!!!!!!!!

i myself havent read any of the books *hangs head in shame*
but a friend of mine is gonna let me borrow her books so i cant wait
 
I don't mean to build this last book up too much or anything like that..............but.............

I have a feeling this final book will probably be one of the best selling titles of all time. Can you imagine how many it will sell its first few hours on the shelves??? I for one am going to be there at midnight with all the little 6, 7 year olds waiting in line for this thing. Can't wait!
 
Oh, buddy... I'm spending the entire day at Borders for a midnight party, then I'm going to a Barnes and Noble for another, lol. I have way too much fun at those damn things. Go to a party, dont stand in line, it's a lot more fun.
 
i don't know... the title doesn't seem that dramatic, considering this is the end of the series, i expected a much more series and darker title.... i am actually hoping they will change the title for the north american version...
 
More than likely they wont... After the huge popularity of the series, it's doubtful that they'll change the title in different parts of the world. They've even cut down on editing in the books, from British words like "jumper" (sweater) and things of the such because nobody really cares anymore.
 
true... then i hope for a miracle that JK will see the light and change the title to a better one then
 
Im a fan of the title. haorcraox's this is go nna be a fun book. i have so many suspitions about this book.
