Harry Potter Ending and Epilogue

A great book. Finished reading an hour ago, and still could not get over some of the scenes.

I just finished it less than a minute ago. I loved the ending and the epilogue. I always knew Snape wasnt evil and kinda started regretting it reading the book until I saw it all explained. He just didn't seem like he was all that for Voldemort.

I wish they would have said something about George. Would have loved to see what happened to him. Doesn't really matter I guess.

Just finished it myself---was pretty well satisfied with the entire book--

i finished too. just as i gave up on snape already then he redeemed himself. can't believe so many good guys died though

I know she's not going to write any more books in the Harry Potter Universe, but I'd LOVE to see a series of books with Luna and Neville.

I also have to admit that I figured that Harry would grow up to be Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher. You know.. I mean.. he kinda wrote the book on that one.

I tend to think that he just wanted a quiet life, you know?
However, I knew Neville would become Herbology teacher

Good grief.

Will you read it again?

Yes, I will. One day. Not so soon, though.

I had this hunch that Snape was good, and was glad to know that he did it all for Lily Potter.

Anyway, why would anyone want to call his son - Albus Severus? Ew. Isn't that almost like 'hey, I have a funny name. Go ahead - use me as a punchbag!' #-o

Anyway, I kinda like the story without the epilogue. I mean, I prefer to see these heroes as kids, and not grown ups, with family responsibilities and all. And then, of course, if Harry Potter would not be gay, he should at least end up with the prettiest one - Hermione. I was hoping that Ron died, and leaving Hermione to Harry.

Still, at that age, Ginny and Ron could both die, and leave Hermione to Harry forever.

Btw, isn't it sad that Ron never name his son to his heroic brother - Fred? I mean, Harry was going on with calling all his sons and daughter according to those who died for him. Why not Ron?

Oh yeah. I almost shed tears for Dobby.

sooo---who was the character who used magic late in life? Anyone know? Kept hearing that as a spoiler---and either I skipped over it or It was a red herring.

She recently opened to the possibility of a series based on the same universe, BUT not stared by harry potter

Also, yes, I would love to see Luna and Neville in the 7th of hogwarts.

She will write a encicopledia about the Harry Potter Universe in the next... 10 years.

EDIT: Also take a look http://harrypotter.wikia.com

It has the fate of many characters that Rowling planed but din't put in the book, Harry for example ends up as a Auror.
