Has anyone else heard about the supposed live action "Sailor Moon" movie?

I have to admit, being asked which senshi is my favorite is like being asked which color is my favorite, because I love them all :( I'm such a whore. Possibly excluding Chibiusa, though her Pink Lady's Freezing Kiss is pretty bad ass.
 
I always loved Sailor Mercury, I always like the smart one, plus her hair fucking rocked.
 
Please, I don't even want to entertain the horrible possibility of an English version or worse, an American version. *shudder
 
Haha... I heard 'bout this before quite long time ago. I thought it was just a rumor that's all.

I really like Sailormoon alot cause it's like the only thing that i'm crazy 'bout when i was a child. Haha... Anyway, i think Lindsay kinda have those Sailormoon's face. So she can go for it. I like her anyway. Heehee... :D Especially, when she's a dork!

And haha... It's really nice to know there're sume Sailormoon's fans here. Sweet!

Anyway, i really like Pluto, Uranus, Neptune and Saturn alot. They're just so wicked! Hehe... I hate the Japanese live action and english dubbed Sailormoon's anime. Cause they just killed it! Hahaha... Prefer the original one! ;)
 
I think it could work if it was handled in an aggressive, big budget way like Transformers. I think they have a chance if there's a solid premise with a good plot and some state-of-the-art action. Here's one thing I never understood: years ago I watched the show several times in the morning before school (haha! :D ) and I always wondered were the Sailor Moon girls supposed to be Japanese? I always thought Serena was a blond white girl and some of the others were Japanese or half-Japanese. They could be biracial for all know, but I always wondered that since the show is supposed to take place in Japan. :confused:

I wonder who would play Serena? I definitely don't think Lindsay Lohan is a good choice. Is this movie even going be made?
 
I never watched the show, but for some reason I know the theme song. :?

Let's hope these "rumors" stay just that.
 
I love sailor moon... my favs are Jupiter and Moon... I own almost all seasons of the anime on dvd...
