LOL! I remembered in the past (when I was aware that this is pride month) that I always got fascinated at the fact that my birthday falls on the exact last day of pride month. Being gay, I've always wondered if God meant it to be a symbol of some sort. :D

Well, I've always given the idea much thought. Especially when I was a child.

Never really quite followed through later on in life, though...#-o...

I'm just glad that I'm born on the last day of pride month, and not the first day of July; Yup, I still have it in me. :D

We've actually had a more mild and wetter Spring than the past few years. Most of the time, it seems to jump straight to Summer with the hot and muggy days before June.

Oh, and the drought officially ended the other day here in Georgia.

We can water our lawns and wash our cars again! (!)
 
ugh. its summer here in south texas.

this whole week we have had highs in the upper 90's with some areas well into 100 degrees. the humidity hasn't been all that much fun either.

typically this weather patterns settles in mid july and carries well into early september.

Although we are supposed to have a couple of "relife days" in the middle of the week, and I'm still wearing long trousers, leather flip-flops mean summer is undeniably, irrevocably here.
