Hats and Other Accessories

Something like this, then? ;)

I'm usually wearing a hat when I'm out of the house... usually a flat cap, occasionally a baseball cap.

that's it, though. I can't stand the feeling of anything tight around my wrists, so no watch or bracelet (hell, I don't even like jackets with elastic bands around the cuffs)

I used to wear a necklace, but that stopped when I started working on computers professionally after the first time I wasn't paying attention and saw my necklace drop into a computer fan as I was leaning over a server.

I hadn't taken that point into consideration when I posted, but yeah, accessories have to have a purpose - function - or I'm not interested. I don't do costumes. :)

I have a neck chain on, silver, no pendant.

For driving in the sunshine, shades.

I've seem to have lost my distance glasses somewhere, but it only corrects a mild problem, so I can do without them.

I've got 4 hats, two wooly ones for winter and two baseball caps for summer.

I wear a hat every day: I can't stand getting sun on my face, especially in my eyes. I have eight hats, four driving-caps (or newsboy caps, whatever you want to call them) and four fedoras (proper fedoras, not those silly snapbrim things), of different colors and shapes, not counting costume hats.

I almost always have a piece of jewelry on, usually a ring and a watch, sometimes a necklace or bracelet as well. I also have a massive collection of cufflinks, lapel pins, and tie-pins for more formal dressing. I have a few pocket-watches, as well, on different kinds of chains, but all the batteries in them died at once and I can't be arsed to get them fixed. I'll sometimes wear a brooch, or a couple of military medals, but that's about it.

For other accessories, I am a big fan of scarves. I like long soft scarves in matte or low-gloss materials (cashmere and pashmina knock-offs mostly) for everyday, and sometimes will wear a square silk or satin scarf around my neck like an ascot... and I even have quite a few ascots. Plus neckties and bowties, though I seldom wear them these days. I go through phases where I like having something structured around my neck, but more frequent phases where I can't stand anything that's not really soft and breathable.

I have a couple of baseball caps, a tweed number, a riding hat and a woolly one for the winter.

I have several wrist watches and also regularly wear cuff links.

I wear a cross necklace and that's pretty much it. I remove them when I exercise though as they tend to slap on my face or chest.

Definitely no hats as I look ridiculous.

Did have a ring in my ear lobe but when I started working for Madame it didn't seem appropriate to wear it.

Having very skinny wrists I also have to be carefull about the kind of watches I buy; so no Rolex for me, much too big.

I don’t usually wear jewelry, but I do have a gold ring and a nice watch I wear sometimes.

As for baseball caps I have three. A House of Blues cap I wear most of the time. A Dew Tour Cap I wear a lot. And a UFC cap I wear when I want to leave something behind to save my table/seat.

Lot's of stuff... amber cufflinks from Estonia, hollow cufflinks where you can put aspirin in, Marilyn Monroe Warhol cufflinks, porn playingcards cufflinks, a knitted mask from Ecuador, baseball cap, a balaclava for pervy moments, leather wristwallet with a yellow stripe... etc. etc. etc.
