I do believe they try. Weird stuff happens here but it doesn't scare me. I think that more likely, a house absorbs the energy (positive and negative) of the people living there and occasionally that energy gets released. Sometimes I can still hear my wife crying in her bedroom and she's been gone almost a year now. She fought so hard to stay and was distraught at leaving her family. It still hurts.

I was going to say no, but I just remembered one time when I had the same bedroom as my grandmother had and I was in bed and I just got the feeling that my grandmother was coming in and I said in my thoughts to her that I was scared and I felt her going. I never saw her. That was several years after she died.

Another time maybe a year after my mother died, I got up early for work and was going through the living room and got the feeling that someone was staring at me. It began to feel more and more so until my heart was beating fast. I said mom, is that you, and turned on the light. After that I felt it going away and my heart returned to normal. I didn't necessarily feel like it was my mother. Later I discovered that we had left the living room window open behind the drape and I feel sure it was a living person looking at our open window that I felt and they were about to break into it until I turned the lamp on behind the drapes.

Never mind the dead; I'm not convinced that the living have ever really tried to communicate with me. #-o
 
I don't know. I think sometimes my boss that passed on does.

I royal screwed up a job once, after 40+ hours of work and $1k in materials. I was starting over and said damn Stan(the old owner) would have chewed me out over this. The work light on the machine I was stand at went out, back on, out again then stayed on. Bulb wasn't lose, plug was in secure. The bulb lasted another three or four months before burning out.

I think that was his way of yelling at me. He said "Damn right I'd have chewed you out" using a light bulb :lol:
