I've only received flowers from one guy. Daffodils.
I know it's stupid, but it made my entire month. I wish I could've told him that, but I'm sure he got the memo after he saw my reaction.
I even took a picture. That was the first and last time I ever got flowers, he was a great guy, it's a shame I was so immature and cold then.

a guy once gave me flowers. It was the most embarrassing thing ever. It also did not help that it was in a public environment. He just decided to buy them off a vendor and give them to me right there like nothing. Nice gesture but it was a bit too girly for me.

Right after the boy and I decided to partner and monogamous, I had to go away for five days on a trip. In the middle of the trip, I had roses sent to his workplace with a little teddy bear that said how I missed him....
Well, when he got them, he called me and was crying. The people at his workplace thought I was a god.....and when he got home I had one of the greatest sex weekends ever!
He and I bring flowers home because we both enjoy them. The last trip he included balloons on the table for me (a rainbow balloon included). It's our way of saying, "I love you." We send cards or leave them on each other's pillow; cook special meals for each other or just cuddle on the couch and fall asleep watching a movie....
I still want to have a warm bubble bath waiting for him some night along with candles lit around the room....except he doesn't like baths.... :-(
