Nope I have not. Swerve did pass through my area once. He posted a picture and asked people to guess where he was. I recognized it quickly but other people had beat me to the punch. If you're ever in north Idaho again Swerve, send me a PM. ;)

What a coincidence of cursing! I'm debating on going as Ursula for Halloween. On the one hand, full size Snickers - in the other, reminders not to fuck up my front porch via litter. Perhaps one that's been through an apocalypse, hasn't quite been decided yet.

Shockingly, and sadly I have not. I have had skype conversations and telephone/text messages with a few people, but as far as meeting face to face, no sadly.

There really aren't any good reasons as to why I haven't either.

I mean, I have some excuses. People usually ran into other members from meetups and events which recently are no longer officially done. The reason as to why I didn't go to any of them was due to my age. I was not legal drinking age yet, I was struggling in school, etc.

If I was the age I am now then, I definitely would have went to the west coast ones. I am also still game and eager to meet people on this site in real life. You never know what the future holds.

At the moment, it's looking like TWO visits to Atlanta--January AND March!

I had to view the video again...that WAS a fun day. The K Car is still on the road...at least it was two weeks ago. I sold it to a friend's kid...she's only 20, and the car is way, way older than she is! The tree has gotten even bigger, despite the loss of a few huge branches in a late spring snow. We have to have a few more removed next year (should do it this year, but there's other priorities...).

And if you ever get here again, I have nearer parking for your oversized ride...at my new workplace, which is a 152 second trip away from the house :D. We now have 7 count em 7 brewpubs in town--no need to go to Boulder--and an enterprising person just started a street trolley service called the Brewride--it circulates hourly between all 7, unlimited rides for just $10 all night long...and the nearest stop to the house is less than a 15 minute walk...
 
I think the biggest reason why I haven't met up with anyone in person is because the shithole I live in is basically the Syria of the United States, and being gay is a major no no TL;DR they're as far away from here as humanly possible.

EEEEEEK! I had a friend remind me that I left off some guys.

First, BORT! He is a great friend and we saw the sights in Seattle when I went to visit him and another friend just over a year ago. I can't believe I forgot when making the list. I'm on business travel and am really tired. Apologies.

The other is Topher. He moved to Albuquerque after I was living here and I met him when he had car trouble out on the interstate and later we ate dinner and did bowling once.

I'm sure I have forgot someone else now, but I was trying to list them all. Eeek.
