There's this guy at my gym, sooo hot. Today the thought ran through my mind to discretely take a video of him working out on my iPod. But unfortunately, it's a Nano and the the POS camera has no zoom function.

I'm not a stalker or creep, I just like looking at him.

Anyone else ever 'stalked' somebody?

No, you are a stalker and a creep. This is something people go to prison for.

No, he was ugly and I was going to put it on that people of walmart website.

No, I haven't done anything like that. I do enjoy the sight of a hot guy though. But it's like a one-time thing for me. And if you look too often at it, it lost the attraction. ;)

Your an ass! People like you take all the fun out of things. Let the man "stalk or creep" on the guy. I know you have done it before so what makes you better?

I say creep on..|

The answer is no and that is disgusting. [STRIKE]Have you even had a conversation with the guy?[/STRIKE] It doesn't even matter. Either way it's creepy

I would be careful - some of the folks at my gym could turn you into a parking lot. Plus there are now signs forbidding mobile phones.

LOL I can believe you when you say they can turn you into a parking lot:rotflmao:

I stalk someone when I want to harm them

Of course not!

The hypocrits are crusading again. Gawking all day with drooling mouth over guys on the internet, but if someone just talks about what he would like to do, it's suddenly all creepy and stuff. And don't tell me you only look at pictures of paid models.

Yes and no.

I take pictures at sporting events. Every once and a while I will see someone I think is cute (not an athlete) and I will snap a picture. It’s not really secretly though. I am out in the open and the lens is fairly large so I stick out. Sometimes they even pose for me when they see I am about to take a pic. Sometimes they run away. Most of the time I doubt they know though.

My new tutor in uni in so fucking hot... I kid you not I had a boner the whole 2 hours.... I felt like such a perv... told my boyfriend about it.

I seriously thought of taking his pic with my cellphone.

Can't wait till tomorrow. 3 hour lab session with him. =D And now I'll go touch myself cuz my boyfriend is out of town :P

Only if you publish it without their consent? Otherwise nobody would be allowed to take pics on holiday.

And why doesn't the webmaster from Failblog go to jail? He's publishing pics of others without their consent.

I took a photo of a random couple while I was on a camping trip last year. The guy had an awesome bulge in his bathers and I just couldn't resist taking a sneaky snap with my camera. I made sure their faces weren't visible, as I fully intended to post it on JUB. When I did, it was viewed, commented on and appreciated by many Jubbers. Here it is again in case you missed it the first time ....

Does this make me a stalker and a creep?

While I would never do it like a lot of people we all have a voyeur streak.

What did happen was an accident. I havea 3 bed house I have two computers. When I decided I needed extra cash i rented out one of the extra bedroom. Part of the deal wasa desk top computer and on line servic in the room I reneted out. I bought myself a lap top. One day while doing some painting in the room mates room (str8) i took a break went on line. I then realized for this first week he was livining with me two very small cams that I honestly did not think were hooked up. I removed the cam and moved the files and put them in my room not loking at them.

After he left I came across them loaded them in my computer. No lie I had video of him changing nude and in that first week jacking off. I jacked to them for a good month then erased them was embarrasing but hot.

The difference is, in my view, in holiday snaps, you're not intentionally taking a photo of a specific person without their knowledge. You're taking a photo of a scene, a friend, family...etc., and another person happens to be in the frame. Most people tend to dodge this, when they know they're in the frame.

It's different when you're intentionally, and without someone's knowledge, taking a photo of them for your own purposes, whatever they may be.

As for the Fail Blog, I would imagine that a number of photos and videos were either (a) already in the public domain, or (b) submitted by someone with implied or expressed consent for publication. In any event, it's my understanding that you can email the Fail Blog to request that any picture of you be removed.

I understand people's concerns, but honestly I wouldn't publish this video, tempting as it would be, because of the privacy issue. The only person that would know about the video would be me, or possibly a small few people I trust. But then I'd always have the file.
