I enjoy the high quality of the photography. Not only are the specimens nearly perfect, the depictions are set beautifully and lit ideally.

Kudos to the unknown photographers.

As you probably know, there are photographers and stylists who specialize in food, and only food. I've never witnessed a photoshoot, but I've heard it can be a very sophisticated and time-consuming. I'm sure Photoshop now comes into play as well.
