Oddly, never had this problem. But then again, I don't think I've ever straight-out asked a guy if I could rim him. Instead, while we're making out, I grope his butt a lot. Then I'll just say "You've got a great ass. You mind if I play with it for a bit?" They're usually agreeable to that, and they'll lie face down and assume the position. But if they show any hesitation ("uh, what are you gonna do?"), I'll just say "Just play with your cheeks for a bit. I won't do anything you don't want me to." If, after working their cheeks for awhile, I want to rim them, again, I'll just ask. "You mind if I go deeper?" They've always said yes. (and yes, if they ever said no, I'd stop, and do something else. )
