Yes, I've had several birds as pets, including 4 cockatiels, one of which lived nearly 25 years, and 3 parakeets. And also 2 parakeets as a small child. I lost Phoenix, the cockatiel that I had for nearly 25 years in 2020, and I haven't had any birds since.
