Milwaukee Pride Fest is a 3-4 day affair, and is the first to kick off the season at the Festival Grounds on the lake. It's been quite a few years since we've gone, but at one time we 'lived' there every summer. It was usually surprising who you might run into. Unfortunately, our June calendar is already full, so we likely won't be here, and will miss this year, too.

First year of college I would "Dog It", take the Greyhound Bus, between home in Youngstown, OH, and school in Chicago, IL, during breaks. It's about an 8 hr. car drive, 'only' 10 on the bus with stops, unless there was a blizzard, which took 12! I haven't been a big long haul bus fan ever since.
