Yes, I'm a member of my local MCC, and I attend regularly, though my beliefs are more similar to that of the Unitarian Universalists. I was raised as a Southern Baptist as a kid, but now I'm afraid that I have to practically regard them as sworn enemies.

I can't recall any specific instances, but in the past there were a couple of times I was in a job I absolutely hated, but was in circumstances in which I thought I couldn't quit. Looking back on these times several decades ago, I can't see that walking out of any of them would have hurt me in the least in the long run.
