Yeah, I took the ancestry.com DNA test, because a couple of cousins had already taken that company's test. And it came out showing they were indeed my first cousins, so apparently nothing funny happened in my close family, at least. But then there was the mysterious "first cousin" who showed up from the other side of the family, which I've yet to figure out.

No, I think my ex and I both loved each other about the same. As for casual dating encounters, however; I have a history of falling hard for guys who didn't feel that way for me at all.

Yes, I think I've always felt somewhat like an outsider wherever I was, and with whoever I was with.

Somewhat. I used to wish I was straight and not have to deal with the stigma that comes along with not being so (especially in the black community), but the further I've gotten into adulthood the more I've accepted and embraced my sexuality. Being straight might've made some aspects of my life easier, but I'm not and I survived anyway. God made me just the way I am.
