BTW, a dunk tank is sort of a silly gag device, typically seen at fairs and carnivals. It consists of a large see-through tub, usually made of glass or durable plastic, and filled with water to a depth of 4-5 feet. There is a seat perched above the dunk tank, where a person is to sit. The seat is connected to a lever on the side of the tank, with a target on the end. Usually what happens is that contestants pay money for chances to throw balls at the target. If the ball hits the target, the lever is released, and the seat gives way, dropping the person sitting there into the water.

I don't know how seriously I injured myself, because I never sought medical attention. I jogged for a couple of years in my 20s for exercise, getting to where I would do five miles every other day or so. But I felt soreness in my knees, and had to stop. It usually doesn't bother me normally, but I'll feel pain in my knees of I run a distance of say, 1/4 to 1/2 mile. It's funny, because sometimes I'll do bike riding, and my knees usually don't bother me.
