Yes. I think you could call it stalking. When I was in my teens an older man followed me or was behind the scenes during our beach vacation. He was everywhere I was, staring at me out of the corner of my eyes. He even casually brushed against me a few times. My tee shirt disappeared on the beach and I'm pretty sure he took it. Never saw him again when we left and returned home.
