I just watched Joan Rivers at the London Palladium and she said it's the easiest for gay men to fake it - they just have to spit on the guy' s back. :lol:

I have faked it, both in terms of passion and orgasm. Both times were with a woman (I was young :) ). I highly doubt it was convincing, but I didn't really care, because I was just so very, very bored.
 
I can't fake it. If I'm not in to it, I stop and let my partner know. I don't think I could get by with faking an orgasm.
