I LOVE THIS SHOW!! The action, the war-zone, the soldiers. Everything! Does anyone else watch/admire this show?

i wanted to watch it but it clashed with something else and i forgot about the recap on Tuesday that shpwed the first 3 episodes back to back.

If HBO does another mini marathon ill watch. If i start watching now i wont know whats what.

Yes, I'm watching it. I'm not a huge fan of it but my partner (who was in Iraq) really enjoys it saying it reminds him alot of being back there.

yea! alot of Marines i know love the show. they say its accurate and it reminds them of their tour

Soldiers who actually WANT to remember combat...... No offense, but they sound like their out of their gourd.

Sounds like an interesting show though.

I understand wat ur sayin. but, from my experience, sum soldiers actually like war. they love 2 defend their country. tehy knew that they would be fighting when they signed their papers for the service. for some, its hard 2 re-live those time. the lost of friends and family just may be to much for them. but for others, it makes them want 2 serve again. But i guess thats just the "Marine" in me talkin.

There's more to it than combat. There's also camaraderie. For some of these guys, this is their longest relationship. I mean, how many times have you asked your husband/wife to protect your ass if you had to take a dump?
