Well, it's already been pointed out that the series and the books have diverged a couple of times, and the Maenad theory doesn't explain the damn piggies. I really think the Pig is that Roger (or whatever her little house slave's name is) guy.

Danm it to sound like some1 from the show y'all way ahead of little old me. I've only jst watch S1 Ep1! I gotta say its got potential although I found it very hard to believe that the girl murdered was the same age a Sookie!
 
AM I the only one who thinks Revered Nolan wants Jason as much if not more than his wife? I picked up on his attraction to Jason before I picked up on hers.

i totally agree. i think either the preacher or his wife is gonna suggest a 3-way with jason. and he just might do it if they tell him it's "god's plan for you...."

Haha damn, we really do watch all the same stuff. This is way too weird.

This is going to be an interesting episode tonight. I am interested to see the connection Eric has with Godric and how this is gonna play out.

Definitely an exciting season.
 
Not quite as action-packed as the last episode, but still very entertaining.

It looks like Bill's maker is now a cast regular. I noticed a new name in the opening credits. That should mix things up a bit. They should just make the actress who plays Daphne a regular too, since she's been in almost every episode this season...unless she dies soon.

I thought Daphne might have been the pig, so I guess that now leaves Eggs and Karl.

And Ed Quinn is looking good!

So...That's Godric, huh? Okay, let's see how this plays out. I wonder what the dynamic between him and Eric is going to be. And that was Bill's maker, I thought as much. Good episode, all in all. Favorite line of the night, "Let me reward you, Jason." Fantastic!!!
 
Don't worry, he's coming back. All tease this episode was, potatoes are fine but I want meat. :twisted: Thought Godrick was hot, but would have liked it better without the blood. But hey what can you expect. Enough with MaryAnn being the bitch, but we've seen the convex side of her powers. Man have I been in Tara's shoes before, has anybody else had a day at work like that?

OH.MY.GOD. I was wondering who that chick at the end was...that totally was Bill's Maker wasn't it!??! Holy shit...I love this show...hahahahaha


and what's up with Daphne....like ok she's a shape shifter like Sam...but why does she have the claw marks? Did Maryann attack her too? Or what? I'm confused by that part.

Yeah, in the "Previously on True Blood," they showed a flashback of Bill getting vamped, so I figured she might be in the episode. I almost didn't recognize her at the very end.

And I'm convinced that Daphne and Maryann are in cahoots with each other. I bet Maryann is trying to get back at Sam for whatever he stole from her, and Daphne is the perfect way to do that. Not sure about the claws though...maybe she was attacked like Sookie and brainwashed?
