He got bitch slapped at the U.S. Open

I'm not sure if I was more bothered by the young guy's actions than the inaction of virtually everyone around him. People seemed more concerned with getting it on video so they could post it to YouTube. (One woman even shouted it out.)

I think I would have bitch slapped him as well after the way he talked to that woman, and it appears that all she did was to ask him to stop talking during the game play.

He did nothing that warranted her hitting him. If she had a problem with the guy running his mouth, she should have gone to security and reported him. And why the old guy went over there after the young guy had sat down was just plain stupid. Old guy basically asked to be knocked down the stands. Looked like he got hurt.

I read the follow up and they were all three escorted from the property, cited for trespassing and not allowed back at the US Open. Rumor has it that the young man is going to sue the couple for assaulting him.

I didn't read the follow up, but as you said, all three were escorted form the Property, cited for trespassing,

My question is, HOW CAN THEY BE CITED FOR TRESPASSING IN THEY PAID TO WATCH THE EVENT?

I was puzzled by that charge also. Don't know the answer. That's just what I read.

It appeared to me that he was switching seats with the woman so he would be separating the two.

It is private property. If they were asked to leave and refused to do so, they became trespassers.

I saw another video that shows the incident from a different angle and the young man that got hit is sitting in aisle seat and there's another young man sitting directly beside him, (who stayed seated during most of the incident). Then there's an empty seat or two before the older couple's seats. So I think he really did go over there to hit the young man.

I watched it twice, and I think the woman was it the wrong, She had no right to slap him, and the OLD man should of gotten his ass KICKED. That's MO. but what do I know I'm OLD.

seconded. ftydryue

It's all a matter of perspective, isn't it? One doesn't always see what one thinks one sees.

Whatever it is, the lady shouldn't have slap him in the first place.

He's sort of cute, but you'd have to duct tape his mouth to spend five minutes with him, and that would sort of defeat the point.

Just read the latest news. No charges files. All 3 persons involved got a 2 year suspension from US Open grounds. Young guy is still considering suing the older 2 for assault. The older couple is father and daughter.

Fuck I'm sick of women attacking men physically, with the social expectation that no man should ever retaliate! WTF?! A woman hits me and she's going to get exactly the same weight back. Why do people find it amusing when a woman tries to emasculate a man. Also, I find it ironic that one woman doing this subverts so much work done by others struggling for women's rights. It says, if a man can be acceptably struck by a woman, it's also okay for men to hit women.

As for the stupid and cowardly old man: It's so bloody obvious from the fact that he is sitting on the far side of the young guy with the woman between them and from the movement of his arms and the proximity to the young guy that his intention is to have a go (at the man who is now SITTING and obviously more vulnerable)! Again, the young guy ought to defend himself.

So what if he's calling out? It's not the symphony or ballet! It's sport! The modern erquivalent of gladitorials. The young man should sue them and then when he's won that, he should ask for compensation from the arena for not adequately providing a safe venue for him to attend with his PAID ticket!

In Australia, the man would have the right to defend himself with force and method equal to that of the people attacking him.

He should sue.

I would've boob checked her and fucking back handed her.

Just because you have a vagina between your legs doesn't mean you can be a cuntress.

LMAO. Gay stereotypes.

The young guy had a big mouth, but that doesn't mean you put your hands on him. The older guy should have been the one in cuffs.

Evidently, the witch put her hands on the guy...

I agree with Lostlover.

No, it's not gsdx. If you watch the video you can clearly see video lostlover posted on his thread you can clearly see that the older man put his hands on the younger guys head first.

Ya the stupid bitch should never have slapped the guy. Learn to control your anger. And I woulda loved to see both her and the old white guy get bitch slapped even harder. They initiated the violence.

That young guy seemed like a fucking jackass and totally disrespectful.
^Exactly. And he should have pulled his shirt off, too. ;)

I understand why the lady was pissed, but you can NOT put your hands on someone else. We all know that. That guy could sue her if he wanted to...

The [STRIKE]old man[/STRIKE], um, elderly gentleman could have been seriously hurt, or even killed if his head had smacked up against those concrete steps the wrong way. But again, you can't hit someone... even if it was a pathetic bitch slap.

:rotflmao: Beautiful.

I'm more annoyed by the commentary though.
